We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, account details, uploaded resume or profile content, job and interview context, support messages, and payment-related information needed to process purchases.

We also collect session-related information such as transcripts, generated answers, questions, session metadata, device and browser information, feature usage, error logs, and security events. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored directly by LetsFinishIt.

We use personal information to provide the service, authenticate users, process payments, deliver interview assistance, improve answer quality, protect accounts, investigate abuse, communicate with users, and comply with legal obligations.

We may also use limited analytics and operational data to monitor performance, diagnose failures, prevent fraud, and improve the product experience.

Where GDPR or similar laws apply, we process personal data based on one or more of the following: performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where consent is required.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, maintain security, remember preferences, and understand service usage. Some features also use local storage or session storage in your browser or desktop environment to preserve settings and active session state.

We use third-party providers to operate the service, including Supabase for authentication and data, Stripe for payments, Deepgram or other speech providers for transcription, hosting providers, analytics tools, and AI model providers used to generate responses.

These providers may process data on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the service, maintain legitimate business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with law. Session data may be retained until you delete it, delete your account, or request deletion where applicable law gives you that right.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, access controls, logging, and infrastructure protections. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, restrict certain processing, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis.

California residents may also have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, correct, and limit use of certain data where applicable. We do not sell personal information in the ordinary meaning of that term.

LetsFinishIt is not intended for children under 13, and in some regions not for individuals under the age required to consent to online services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
