Terms of Service

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account unless caused by our own misconduct.

LetsFinishIt provides interview preparation and live assistance tools, including transcription, AI-generated suggestions, answer support, resume and job-context processing, and related features. The service is offered for informational and productivity purposes.

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with system security, reverse engineer restricted portions of the product except where law permits, scrape or automate access in abusive ways, resell access without permission, use the service for unlawful activity, or violate the rights of others.

Prohibited conduct includes fraudulent activity, credential sharing intended to bypass account limits, introducing malware, attempting to gain unauthorized access, abusing credits or payment systems, and using the service in a way that violates employment, privacy, surveillance, or academic integrity rules that apply to you.

You retain ownership of content you upload or provide, such as resumes, job descriptions, transcripts, notes, and prompts. You grant LetsFinishIt a limited license to host, process, transmit, and analyze that content only as needed to operate and improve the service.

Paid features may require credits or one-time purchases. Prices, packages, promotions, and grace rules may be described in the product at the time of purchase. Unless required by law, purchases are non-refundable once credits are delivered or used.

Promotional offers may have additional eligibility requirements and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk to the platform or other users, fail to pay amounts owed, or use the service unlawfully or abusively. We may also discontinue features or the service with reasonable notice when practical.

The LetsFinishIt service, software, branding, design, interfaces, and related materials are owned by LetsFinishIt or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you ownership of the service itself.

LetsFinishIt is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect accuracy, error-free operation, or any particular interview, hiring, academic, or career outcome.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, LetsFinishIt and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, or business interruption arising from your use of the service.

To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to LetsFinishIt for the service in the 30 days before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LetsFinishIt, its affiliates, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless another law must apply under consumer protection rules. You agree that disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we may provide notice through the product, website, or email. Continued use after the updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
